Standardizing a desk setup is easier when the dock, power, displays, and host systems are checked before deployment day.

Confirm host compatibility

Check the computer model, USB-C or Thunderbolt support, operating system, and any charging requirements.

Map every connection

List the number and type of displays, keyboard and mouse connections, wired network needs, and any audio or specialty peripherals.

Plan the power budget

Confirm the dock power supply and whether it delivers enough power to the connected laptop. Higher-performance systems may require their original charger as well.

Test one complete desk first

Build and update a single pilot station before rolling out the full quantity. It is the fastest way to catch cable, firmware, and display issues.
